Little Orphan Aspie is my homage to Little Orphan Annie, who first appeared in an 1885 poem, then a comic strip from 1924-2010, and a famous radio show in the 1930s.
Annie’s innocence and desire for justice were often parodied, and they are traits I share with my avatar.
